Rumba Barre is a unique combination of Latin Music and Barre Fitness. Sculpt lean and toned muscles with this 45 minute energizing and dynamic group class designed to challenge and change your body with no dance experience required. Rumba Barre efficiently blends Pilates with Latin dance, cardio and strength-training specifically challenging arms, legs and core to strengthen and lengthen the body. Powered by energizing, heart-pumping music that makes you need to move, this class uses choreographed movement patterns with the support of a ballet barre to take you through a flow of high-powered sequences that will keep you energized and motivated. Classes are smaller and held in a home barre studio, which means you receive one on one attention from the group fitness instructor, individual modifications, group camaraderie and less injury. Customized barre training available upon request. All levels welcome.
